Last call for
After 8 years in Melbourne we’ve made the decision to move back to Brisbane to be closer to family and The Thornbury Fromagerie will close on Sunday 29 May 2022.

It has always been a dream of ours to create a business together, one that focused on delivering the kind of unique experiences we love and since opening our doors in 2020 we’ve learnt a lot - Thornbury loves Cheese!

Sure, no one plans for a global pandemic 6 weeks after opening but we are incredibly proud of how we have been able to adapt, pivot and thrive. This we owe to you!

The support from the community and our cherished regulars has meant spending time at the Fromagerie is always a pleasure and we’ve had some brilliant Cheese, Wine & Good Times with you all. Thanks for embracing Thornbury’s first licensed cheese bar and making us a part of your lives.

A big thanks goes out to everyone involved with the business that made it possible to bring the quality and experience to all of you. And although it’s a cliché, we want to thank our staff whom over the course of our journey have become like family to us and without them, we couldn’t do what we do so well.

With 10 weeks to go we hope to see as many of you as possible before we wrap up.
