Think Local Community Cafe is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to serving the coffee needs of the Thornbury community. Utilizing the finest Fairtrade organic coffee roasted by Just Planet in Sunbury, the cafe offers a variety of ready-to-eat sweet and savory options ideal for breakfast or as a midday refuel. Originally starting with a mobile coffee cart, Think Local aims to establish a container cafe at the front of Thornbury Church of Christ. As a social enterprise, all profits from the cafe are directed back into community initiatives, beginning with community meals programs and eventually expanding to additional care initiatives.
