Hi everyone. For those who havenā€™t met me before, Iā€™m Charlene, the pastry chef behind Whisking French Delices. I never showed my face before but though todayā€™s announcement deserves it šŸ˜Š

Yes today is the day Iā€™ve been trying to delay as much as I could but I need to announce it. Itā€™s with a heavy heart that I have to end this beautiful adventure. After an amazing year of baking, joy, stress, tiredness and much more I have decided to bring my business back where it belongs... France! My fiancĆ© and I have decided to pursue another adventure back home and to leave Australia after 6 years.

I want to thank you all for your support, especially during Covid that have seen my business thriving. Opening my own bakery was a dream, and I know now that everything is possible if you wish it! Thank you for all your kind words that made me improve every day to bring the best to you!

If you want to order, you can still do it until this weekend, so be quick!
And if you want to come say hi Iā€™m also organising a Garage Sale Saturday 24th April and Iā€™ll have some fresh croissants in the morning!!

I donā€™t want to say bye, but only see you soon as we donā€™t know what the future holds!
