We’re hiring talented Chefs to join our growing culinary team at The Royce.👨🏽‍🍳 As a five-star boutique hotel with an exceptional culinary reputation, our kitchen delivers outstanding dishes for both our in-house guests and diners of our stunning Showroom Bar restaurant. This role offers the chance to contribute to a kitchen where quality, creativity, teamwork and positivity are at the forefront.

You’ll be joining our fabulous team led by Executive Chef, Pawan Dutta — recently awarded Chef of the Year at the 2025 AHA Awards for Excellence. His leadership, creativity and commitment to quality set the tone for an inspiring, supportive and high-performing kitchen culture.

Applicants must hold the appropriate qualifications and have valid working rights to undertake employment in Melbourne, Australia.

To reach the location on St Kilda Road in Melbourne, you have several options for public transport and driving/parking:

Public Transport:
1. Tram: Take tram number 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, or 67 towards St Kilda and get off at one of the stops along St Kilda Road. The closest tram stop is located near The Showroom Bar.

2. Train: If you prefer taking a train, you can take any train line that goes to Flinders Street Station. From there, you can either walk or catch a tram (as mentioned above) to reach St Kilda Road.

Driving/Parking:
1. From the city center: Head south on any major road towards St Kilda Road. There are multiple parking options available along St Kilda Road and nearby streets. Look for parking signs or use a parking app to find the nearest available spot.

2. From outside the city: Depending on your starting point, take the appropriate route towards Melbourne CBD and then head towards St Kilda Road. As mentioned above, there are various parking facilities available in the area.
