Each week we sample roast and cup to test production roasts and to select new coffees for our single origin range and blends.
Last week we sampled some delicious coffees from from far North Queensland and also several lots from our long time supplier of Australian grown coffee near Nimbin, northern NSW.
Looking forward to showcasing some of these coffees soon under our 100% Australian grown coffee brand

Heading north these school holidays? Make sure you stop by and in Wallan for some fantastic coffee and bakery or pub food. It’s one of the busiest cafe/bakeries in regional Victoria with a legendary early morning drive through service. The busy hotel has also just opened a new cocktail lounge area serving a top selection of regional beers, wines and spirits. Lovely staff are always there to greet you.

Get some greenery just a short drive from the Melbourne CBD and grab yourself some delicious baked goods and a coffee - these bakers and makers are amazing and you have to have one of their pies and a vanilla slice.
Super nice staff and the team have quickly become a valued part of the wider community - generously supporting the many sporting, community, and emergency support and services in the area. 👏 👏 👏
