Hi RU Family… Hope you’re all well and happy…This is Pete here! I need someone’s help! As some of you know I’ve gone to work in remote indigenous communities up north - in the Eastern Kimberley to be precise… this may not come as too much of a surprise- but I have adopted a puppy - Vader (yes I named him) when I found him - he was not in good shape at all - skin and bones as he’d hardly eaten, abandoned by his humans and had been attacked by the other dogs in the community as he was very small and weak. The good news is - the Vet confirmed he is now fit and healthy. I’ve had him vaccinated- he will need to be Neutered also. But he is a gorgeous boy - so friendly and loving.
I am about to join the relief team in my job and will be traveling and living short term in other people’s houses and consequently I’m not allowed to have a dog with me. I’m looking to send him back to Melbourne and have someone care for him until I get back… he will be insured and I’ll take care of all medical bills (if any) I just need someone who really loves dogs, he is a big cautious but also very curious as a puppy…he’s just over 12 months old. I can go into more details when we chat - but I know a lot of you and your love of dogs. From MID June!

Hey Brunswick crew! Unfortunately we will be closed again today-
I had Boris my dog back at the Vet again yesterday after his fall last week and he has a sprained back-
He will be ok- however what ever the vet has gave him takes up to 48 hours to fully work and kick in and I have to make sure he does not jump too much until then-
After monitoring him last night and throughout the night I’ve decided I need to be with him today so I cannot open the cafe today- once again I’m so sorry.

Edit- sorry won’t be opening today- one dog decided to try abs get away from the thunder and has hurt himself so we’re off to the emergency vets!

Due to the thunder storm happening right now I’ll be opening the cafe a bit later this morning-
Only Because my dogs cannot be left alone as they are terrified and would harm themselves.
It’s passing my home aprox 7.30 so should be open for 8am!
