To our loyal customers,
Unfortunately, due to staff shortages, we will be temporarily closing as of today onwards. We can not guarantee when and if we will be re-opening.
In 2020, we decided to open this Fitzroy shop to continue Simon's legacy. COVID has certainly made it difficult for our little store to survive as we continue to battle staff shortages and government restrictions. Unfortunately, we are stuggling to keep our Fitzroy branch open and alive.
Please note our box hill branch is still operating as normal!!
We may potentially re-open if we receive applications for a manager, waiters/waitresses and chef.
We thank you for all the love and support you have given us all this time and we hope maybe one day we could serve you again.

As a section waiter/waitress your responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide a quality service that customers will keep coming back for.
To be eligible you must;
* Be at least available to work on friday, saturday and sunday
* Have a high cleanliness and organisational skills
* Be a team player and ready to help where possible
* Be able to multitask
