🚨**UPDATED TRADING HOURS
We will be closed on Mondays from next week. Normal trading will remain Tuesday - Saturday.
Additionally, we have a new child minding service for our gym parents, which takes place in the cafe space 9:30am -10:30am weekdays. During this time, please wait at the door and our staff will come and take your order, as we will still be serving takeaway orders during this hour!

With a long weekend incoming and a Bali fitness retreat about to begin, we are a little light on staff for the fortnight ahead 🤍
Please take note of the following temporary change in trading hours:
This week MON-FRI normal hours.
SATURDAY 7th to MONDAY 9th - CLOSED.
TUES 10th early bird 6am - 8am
WED 11th early bird 6am - 8am
THUR 12th early bird 6am - 8am
FRI 13th normal hours
SAT 14th - CLOSED
Back to regular hours Monday 16th June!
