To get to Uni Hill Town Centre in Melbourne, you can take the South Morang train line to Thomastown Station and then catch the Route 566 bus towards Epping Plaza. This bus stops directly outside Uni Hill Town Centre.
If you're driving to Uni Hill Town Centre, take the Metropolitan Ring Road (M80) to Plenty Road and turn left onto McKimmies Road. There is ample parking available in the shopping centre car park.
