We are always looking for things that are genuinely worth stocking and Madeleine Cultured Butter is one of those finds.
Made in Victoria's Yarra Valley using traditional French butter making techniques, it starts with premium grass-fed Jersey cream that is cultured slowly over time, allowing the flavour to develop naturally and fully. What makes it truly special is the use of a malaxer, a machine almost lost to antiquity, which gently massages the butter rather than forcing out the final buttermilk through an intense industrial process. The result is something quite special, rich and creamy with a silky texture and delicate tangy notes that you do not get from everyday butter. The kind of thing that transforms a simple slice of sourdough into something worth sitting down for.

Our Calmer Chai Latte is one of those drinks that feels like exactly what you need on a cooler morning. We pour the original blend, handcrafted in Melbourne in small batches with black tea, fresh ginger and local Victorian honey. Warm, aromatic and something a little special 🧡

Our Moroccan Baked Beans are a crowd favourite, and it's easy to see why. Moroccan spiced baked beans with poached egg, pickled onions, parmesan and organic sourdough toast. Vegetarian, with vegan and gluten friendly options available.

Some things are hard to describe; you really just have to try them! Our avocado toast is one of those, with smoked feta, a jalapeño coriander sauce, and pomegranate seeds, all on multigrain sourdough. A classic done a little differently 🌿
