The flowers you see in store are grown by Dawn and the team at Peninsula Wild Flower , who just took home a Silver Gilt Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London. A remarkable achievement and we couldn't be prouder to stock their beautiful native bunches. Fresh flowers arrive every Thursday afternoon, just in time for the weekend.

If you're thinking about a trip down to the Mornington Peninsula this winter, Somers is worth making time for. It's a quieter corner of the Peninsula and all the better for it. Come in for a meal and a browse through the store, then take a walk along the beach, spend some time at Coolart Homestead or head to one of the nearby wineries. The kind of day that reminds you to slow down a little.

Every product on our shelves is here because we chose it carefully. Red Hill Kitchen and Mumma Made preserves, The Stock Merchant tinned fish, Island Pasta Company , Tuerong Farm flour and bread, Kaokao miso and plenty more. Small batch, locally made where possible and chosen because it's genuinely good. Come in and stock up on something worth taking home.

Not everyone wants a coffee and that's perfectly fine by us. The Somage range of beverages is on the menu and worth trying.
The turmeric latte is spiced and warming with freshly ground cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and turmeric from organic farms in Sri Lanka. The beetroot latte is smooth and earthy with a naturally sweet finish. And the hot chocolate is rich, mellow and made from fine West African cocoa, crafted right here in Melbourne. All certified organic, ethically traded and delicious.

The warm cauliflower salad is what a healthy winter lunch should look like. Roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, feta, kale, hummus, pomegranate molasses and dukkah. Perfect with a side of grilled focaccia.

We've been busy restocking the shelves this week, with cosy winter warmers, ready for the season ahead. The Will & Bear beanies and Australian made Humphrey Law Socks are back in — both go fast so worth coming in sooner rather than later 🧡 New things are arriving weekly, so there's always something worth a look.
