The Alla Vodka Menu has almost arrived. Our signature sauce, now a shared set across the whole table — fermented potato focaccia, smoked caciocavallo, the spicy fusilli, chicken parm, zeppole, and a carafe to share. $55pp, for two to four. Fridays & Saturdays from 19 June.

Introducing Ronnie’s Regions - a six-week series at Ronnie’s celebrating three distinct Italian regions through rotating two-week menus. 🇮🇹
Across the campaign, we’ll move from Sicily to Molise to Lombardy, with each chapter bringing its own dishes, flavours and point of view to the table. First up is Sicily, leading the series with a menu built around bold coastal flavour, including spice-rubbed mackerel, sea urchin spaghetti and a trio of cannoli. Sicily is on from Fri 17 Apr to Sat 2 May before we move to the next region.

There’s something beautifully nostalgic about pepperonata done properly. Ours folds together sweet peppers, garlic, marjoram and aged balsamic in a way that feels both rustic and refined.
