Daybreak Cafe is a cozy breakfast & brunch spot located on Waterfront Way. They serve breakfast and lunch from 7-4pm Mon-Fri, 7:30-4pm Sat-Sun and public holidays, with the kitchen closing at 3pm. The cafe offers a variety of fusion dishes such as Tom Yum Pasta with Fried Egg and Stir Fry Teriyaki Udon Noodles. In addition, they also have delectable baked goods, perfect for a quick morning bite. Daybreak Cafe is now hiring baristas and floor staff, whether you are experienced or not, send your CV to [email protected].

To reach Waterfront Way in Melbourne, you can take the train to Flinders Street Station and then walk for approximately 10-15 minutes towards the waterfront. Alternatively, you can also take a tram to Flinders Street and then walk along the Yarra River towards Waterfront Way.
If driving, take the Yarra Boulevard and follow signs towards the city center until you reach Waterfront Way. There are several parking lots available nearby for visitors.
