Victoria’s recent bushfires have devastated vineyards and producers across Bendigo, Harcourt and surrounding regions, with many losing stock, infrastructure and years of work. This week at Freyja, we are pouring wines from affected areas to help direct support back to growers and makers.
On pour:
🍷 — A cool climate Central Victoria producer known for its strong regional ties and site expressive wines. Fowles Stone Dwellers Single Vineyard Riesling 2023, Strathbogie Ranges, Victoria
🍷 — A small, site driven Bendigo producer focused on vineyard character and thoughtful expression. Dilworth and Allain Dashette Chardonnay 2024, Bendigo, Victoria
🍷 — An independent Central Victoria winery producing bright, textural wines that reflect regional fruit. GilGraves Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, Central Victoria
🍷 — A Victorian minimal intervention producer championing local fruit and careful craft. Trutta Shiraz 2021, Victoria
Choosing these wines helps keep regional producers visible and supported through recovery. Available by the glass and bottle at Freyja. Please share to extend the support.
