Our cured fish plate has been a staple on the Florian menu since we opened. At the moment it’s dill cured Ora King Salmon, whipped cream cheese, chive, pickled fennel and cucumber with a soft egg. Available on the menu all day, every day.

Our daily dessert at the moment is a peach streusel cake made using jarred Casa Marrazzo peaches that have been handpicked and jarred in Italy, brought to us by .This cake special is slightly warmed and served with whipped yogurt. Come and have slice of Italian summer as Melbourne winter settles in.
