For breakfast, or for lunch. Our house cured Ora King salmon plate with whipped cream cheese and pickles, or our signature herb and gruyere omelette served with a side of dressed leaves. Available every day.

For tomorrow’s public holiday, Florian To-Go will be open, while Florian Cafe will be closed. We will have lots of sandwiches, pastries, cakes, salads, coffee and drinks available and still some seats to come and enjoy on Rathdowne St. We will be open from 8am 👋

Our new Spring salad is on the lunch menu, featuring some of everyone’s favourite veggies that usher in the warmer weather and sunnier days. Asparagus, broad bean, radish, peas and baby carrots with a roasted hazelnut vinaigrette and endive. From 12pm every day.

Colours at Florian this week. Pasta making, tiny customers, hazelnut smashing for our new spring salads, tomatoes and pumpkins at Florian Home and a vibrant noodle salad at Florian To-Go.

Solo lunch at the bar is looking good. Our house made pappardelle with braised lamb ragu and pecorino, paired with a glass of Barbera d’Alba, or a non alcoholic rhubarb shrub as pictured. Pull up a seat for lunch from 12pm everyday.

Our daily dessert and cheese at the moment. For dessert we have a white chocolate mousse with biscuit crumb, lemon curd and raspberry. For the cheese, we have a long paddock “silver wattle” served with quince paste and crostini.

Our cured fish plate has been a staple on the Florian menu since we opened. At the moment it’s dill cured Ora King Salmon, whipped cream cheese, chive, pickled fennel and cucumber with a soft egg. Available on the menu all day, every day.

Catering for the launch of Bon Elliot at Little Company - Collingwood a few weeks ago. Thanks to Natoora Melbourne for the beautiful citrus used in the martinis and as display.
