Our first Liguria Regional Night was absolutely fabulous, and we can’t wait to do it all again for the next two nights.
We also shared a little something with our guests last night… and the response made us even more excited about what’s coming next.
After five years of Regional Nights, we’re ready to take this community somewhere new.

Last night, we celebrated Friuli Venezia Giulia 🇮🇹
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us — your presence, energy and appreciation made the evening truly special. Sharing these regional stories, flavours and wines around the table is what we love most.

A special thank you to our pastry chef , whose creativity brought this carbonara-inspired dessert to life — an “egg yolk” w caramelised guanciale, white chocolate foam, salty caramel and crunchy crumble.
Seeing our Ovetto dessert highlighted means a lot to our team. It was created with the same spirit that guides everything we do at Buono: Italian inspiration, a touch of creativity, and a lot of heart.

To get to the restaurant at Como Parade West in Kingston, you can take public transport by bus or train and get off at Kingston station. From there, walk south along Kingston Road until you reach Como Parade West. The restaurant is located on the corner of Como Parade West and a nearby street.
If driving, you can park on the street or in a nearby parking lot. To get there, take the main road until you reach Kingston Road and turn onto it. Continue until you reach Como Parade West and turn left at the corner. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side.
