Nowhere does it quite like Emilia-Romagna, the home of all the Italian heavy hitters. We’re talking mortadella, prosciutto, lasagne, bolognese, and of course chef Alberto.
Kicking off from April 13, there’ll be mortadella pizzas and big bowls of gramigna – the squiggly pasta from Alberto’s hometown – with pork sausage and cime di rapa. Plus plenty of snacky specials and $8 tap wines all night long.
