Our Salmon Crispy Nori is made with grilled salmon, smoky on the outside but still juicy and tender on the inside wrapped with extremely crispy nori. These flavours and textures will completely explode in one bite!

Have you ever wondered what the flakey topping on our Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki is? It's called "bonito flakes", smoked and fermented tuna that is then shaved on to dishes like this to enhance the umami flavour to the dishes! To get to Booker Street in Melbourne, you can take the tram by boarding the number 86 tram towards Bundoora RMIT from either Bourke Street or Collins Street. Get off at stop 20, which is at the intersection of Lygon and Elgin Streets. From there, walk south on Elgin Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Booker Street.
If driving, you can take Elizabeth Street and turn onto Queensberry Street. Follow Queensberry Street until it intersects with Lygon Street then turn right onto Elgin street. Travel down Elgin street until you reach Booker street.
There is limited street parking available nearby and paid parking lots in the vicinity.
