Dear Valued Customers,
Thanks to your continued support, Nami Nori is proud to celebrate its 3rd anniversary in December 2025.
17 years ago, I left Japan with the dream of one day owning a restaurant in Australia. Today, I am deeply grateful not only to have fulfilled that dream, but also to be living happily in Australia together with my wife and our two children.
In Japan, there is a saying: “Shoshin wasureru bekarazu” — never forget your original purpose.
Twenty-five years ago, when I was twice helped by Australians in a difficult time, I made a promise to myself to express my gratitude by sharing delicious Japanese food with the people of Australia. I will continue to hold on to that original promise and move forward with the same passion and dedication.
Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all our customers and business partners who continue to support Nami Nori.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
