Come for a Sunday morning wander, enjoy the live music and find us serving fresh, hot poffertjes from the marquee.
ScullyBug Markets – Morwell Hotel, Top Pub
9am–2pm Market
4pm–8pm Nite Bites
The trailer will be staying put in Morwell for the whole day, taking you from the Sunday market straight through to Nite Bites for dinner.
Two locations, three market sessions and plenty of poffertjes coming off the pans.

A brand new Saturday market for us!
We’re excited to be joining the new Bundoora Community Market at RMIT this Saturday, and you’ll find Those Little Poffertjes there on the first Saturday of each month.
It looks like a lovely way to start the weekend — plenty of space to wander, local stalls to explore, fresh produce, handmade goodies, coffee and live music, with free onsite parking too.
We’ll be there from 8am–1pm, cooking our little Dutch pancakes fresh to order and bringing all your favourite toppings along for the morning.

An old classic that never really gets old — Strawberries, Nutella & Cream.
Hot, fluffy poffertjes topped with a delicious strawberry coulis, lashings of Nutella and cream. There’s something about that chocolate, strawberry and cream combination that gives us just a little Black Forest cake vibe… only warm, fluffy and poffertjes-sized.
Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason.

Friday night at Soul Night Market Mordialloc
We’ll be back at Peter Scullin Reserve this Friday night from 5pm–9pm, cooking poffertjes fresh to order.
And if you haven’t tried our new Mixed Berries with White Chocolate & Cream yet, this might be the night. Homemade mixed berry coulis, white chocolate sauce and cream over a hot bowl of freshly cooked poffertjes.

This Sunday we’ll be joining Gathered in Clyde - Community Market for the very first time, and we’re looking forward to a beautiful morning of local shopping, good food and community.
Come along for a wander through the stalls and find us cooking our little Dutch pancakes fresh to order, with all your favourite toppings ready to choose from.

Grand Final Saturday is sorted!
Before the game gets underway at 2.30pm, we’ll be at Mirboo North Market 8.30am–1pm — perfect for a wander around the market while you’re out grabbing those last-minute BBQ supplies, heading away for the long weekend or getting organised for wherever you’re spending the afternoon.
From 4pm–8pm, we’ll be back at ScullyBug Markets - Nite Bites Cranbourne to chill into the evening. No need to cook after a long Grand Final afternoon. Whether you watched every second of it or avoided the footy altogether, we’ll be there with a little something for you.

Thursday means Nite Bites on Kingsway!

We’re back in South Melbourne tomorrow afternoon, cooking up hot, fluffy little Dutch pancakes from 2pm right through until 8pm.

There’s something rather lovely about this spot as the afternoon turns into evening: food trucks firing up, music playing, people wandering in after work and the lights coming on around Kingsway. And there will be a bar!

And, of course, we’ll be there amongst it all with the poffertjes cooking fresh to order.

Apparently a little wind isn’t going to stop us!

After a bit of are we… aren’t we… are we… this Sunday’s ScullyBug Markets at Seaford Hotel is definitely going ahead.

We’ve been warned it’s going to be windy, so the marquee will be arriving with extra weights, extra tie-downs and possibly a firm attachment to anything that doesn’t move.

Come by during the day for the ScullyBug Market from 9am–2pm, with the kids zone, live music, shopping and plenty happening around the market.

Then we’ll be firing the poffertjes machines back up for Nite Bites from 4pm–8pm — music, food, kids disco and hot little Dutch pancakes for dinner… or dessert… or both.

Come and say hello — and if you see a gazebo flying past, hopefully it isn’t ours.

We’re heading back to San Remo!

Those Little Poffertjes will be returning to the TIDAL Seafood Festival on Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 September.

We had such a great weekend here last year — despite the weather doing its very best to test everybody — so we’re rather looking forward to doing it all again.

There is SO much happening across the weekend, with fabulous seafood, local produce, entertainment and plenty to wander around and enjoy.

And after all that seafood... surely there’s room for a bowl of hot, fluffy little Dutch pancakes for dessert?

THURSDAY — NITE BITES SOUTH MELBOURNE

Thursday means Nite Bites South Melbourne!

We’re back at our regular Thursday spot this week, serving from 2pm–8pm.

Hot, fluffy little poffertjes made fresh to order, with all the usual favourites — and if you haven’t tried Banana, Maple & Cream, perhaps this is the week. Fresh banana, real Canadian maple syrup and cream over a bowl of hot poffertjes.

Come by for an afternoon treat, grab some for dinner, or find us once the lights come on and Nite Bites gets into full swing.

Saturday we’re off to the beautiful Abbotsford Convent for Regional Farmers Markets.

We’ll be there from 9am–2pm serving our hot, fluffy little Dutch pancakes, with plenty of fresh fruit on the menu.

Strawberries, banana and our new mixed berries are all coming along — ready to pair with Nutella, Biscoff, white chocolate, cream or whatever combination takes your fancy.

And yes, if you’re a traditionalist, Maple Butter & Icing, Lemon & Sugar and Cinnamon Sugar will be there too.

A lovely Saturday morning market, beautiful surroundings and freshly made poffertjes. We’re rather looking forward to this one.

Another new market for us this Sunday!

We’re heading to Sandown Park Hotel for the new ScullyBug Market & Nite Bites — and we’re staying for the whole day.

The market kicks off from 9am–2pm, then after a little breather it changes gears for Nite Bites from 4pm–8pm with food trucks, music and an evening atmosphere.

This is another new monthly stop for Those Little Poffertjes, so we’re looking forward to settling in, meeting the Sandown crowd and seeing how this one grows.

We’ll have the trailer lit up and the poffertjes cooking from morning through to night — including our new Mixed Berries, White Hazelnut Spread & Cream if you haven't tried it yet.

Another big weekend for Those Little Poffertjes — and on Sunday, we divide and conquer!

We’re starting Saturday at Trafalgar Farmers Market, 9am–1pm at McGregor Park.

Then Sunday sees both Those Little Poffertjes setups out and about at the same time.

For Father’s Day, Lloyd and Freja will be taking care of the marquee at Caulfield Foodcraft Market, Caulfield Racecourse Reserve from 9am–1pm. We’ve also donated two $30 Those Little Poffertjes vouchers to the Father’s Day raffle, so keep an eye out for those.

Meanwhile, the trailer will be heading to another new monthly home — Morwell Hotel for our first ScullyBug double there: Market from 9am–2pm, then Nite Bites from 4pm–8pm.

Two setups. Two parts of Victoria. One rather busy little poffertjes business.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, hopefully a few dads get thoroughly spoiled with hot poffertjes.

A new Friday night spot for Those Little Poffertjes!

This Friday will be our very first Soul Night Mordialloc — and not just a one-off. We’ll be joining them for the entire season, so Mordialloc, you’ll be seeing plenty more of us.

We’re kicking things off this Friday 4 September, 5pm–9pm at Peter Scullin Reserve.

It’s also a very good excuse to try our newest combination — Mixed Berries, White Hazelnut Spread & Cream — or stick with one of your usual favourites.

Come and say hello on our first night. We’re rather looking forward to making Mordialloc a regular monthly Friday night by the beach.

Some of you might remember Nico from Kinglake Market, where he spontaneously created our very own little Poffertjes song.

It still makes me smile, so I thought it was only fair that we return the favour and share what he’s up to.

Nico’s bringing The Flash Poetry Experience to The Improv Pit / Trainscendence in Collingwood this Friday, 4 September — an evening of freestyle rap, poetry, storytelling, philosophy and live musical improvisation. And judging by what he managed to come up with standing in front of a poffertjes trailer, I suspect no two performances are ever quite the same.
