Since announcing the upcoming closure of Jonker Street Mount Waverley, we’ve been truly touched by the outpouring of love and support. We’re grateful for each and every visit, message, and shared memory.

Bittersweet News, But A New Chapter Begins
After much thought, we would like to share that Jonkerstreet Mount Waverley last day trading is Sunday, 10th August 2025.
This hasn’t been an easy decision. We’re incredibly grateful for the support, smiles, and memories shared with us over the years at this location. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey. 💛
💡 The good news?
1️⃣ Our Jonker Street Doncaster East branch will remain open and continue serving all your favourite Jonkerstreet dishes.
2️⃣ Some of our lovely Mt Waverley team will be joining the Doncaster crew, so you’ll still see familiar faces there!
3️⃣ We’re also continuing to serve delicious home-style meals through our sister brand — Ausome Delight by Jonkerstreet, freshly cooked daily and delivered to your home.
We still have 2 weeks left at Mt Waverley — come visit us for one last meal before we say goodbye. We’d love to see you there!
