Hello everyone, today it is my sad duty to tell you all that Dishes Cafe & Take Away is now closed for business due to the unholy trinity of COVID, the war and the catastrophic storm that devastated the South Eastern suburbs last year tearing down our café ceiling, lighting and electrics and subsequent repairs that were badly mismanaged by the managing real estate agents and the landlord causing our little eatery to be closed for 4 months finally reopening to a deserted wasteland.
It is with regret that we can no longer continue serving the community and we thank all of our customers, friends and suppliers for their support during this most trying of times. We wish you all the best in the future with the hope that the newly elected government can turn this train wreck around. We all have taken a big hit during the past couple of years both financially and emotionally so it is with my hand on my heart that I look to the sky and dream of better days for all the good people in the world. May it be so; be the change you want to see, be kind to yourself and others. With love, compassion and empathy together we can make it through this and come out the other side stronger, more resilient and wiser.
Kind regards,
John Carson
