- Take the Belgrave line train to Upper Ferntree Gully station and then board bus route 693 towards Belgrave. Alight at the "Mountain Hwy/The Basin Shopping Centre" stop and walk a few meters to reach the destination.

Driving/parking:
- Drive along Mountain Highway until you reach The Basin Shopping Centre where the café is located. There is free parking available in the shopping centre car park.
Note: be mindful of parking restrictions as some parks may have time limits.

During the Basin Music Festival, they offered festival menu specials such as their house-smoked brisket and pulled pork rolls which were simply mouth-watering.
