Cheers Dad. This Father's Day we're cooking the way he'd want it.
Our $35 Sunday Roast is on as always, Roast Redgum Sirloin with all the trimmings, and kids eat free. On special alongside it: Stout Braised Beef Short Ribs, sharing style flat bread pizza, and double chocolate chip cookie dough. The full menu is running too.
It's also our 7th birthday, so we're marking it with takeaway can and growler specials all day. Grab Dad a fill from the fridge on the way out.

Republic Tavern is opening from 4:30am this Monday, ready for the biggest match in football. Kick-off is at 5:00am.
The coffee machine will be firing, with pastries and hot toasties available for the early start.
Unfortunately no bar service for this match...until 7am which means the winners can celebrate in style!!

A few beauties on the specials board this week.
The garlic & dill whole snapper & the fried pork belly Hokkien noodles are doing all the heavy lifting in the comfort food department, and the chocolate crème brûlée is reason enough to skip the "I'll just have a coffee" plan.

To get to this gastropub on Cooper Street in Melbourne, you can take public transport by taking the train to Flinders Street Station and then transferring to tram route number 86 towards Bundoora RMIT. Get off at Stop 64 and walk along Cooper Street until you reach the destination.
Alternatively, if you're driving, head towards Hoddle Street and turn onto Victoria Parade until you reach Brunswick Street. Turn right onto Brunswick Street and then left onto Gertrude Street. Take a left onto Smith Street and continue for about 3 km until you reach Cooper street. The gastropub is located on the left side of Cooper street. Parking options include street parking or a nearby paid parking lot.
