This season, we quietly welcome a limited allocation from Aramasa to Matsu.
Earth.
Cosmos.
Ash.
Produced in Akita with natural fermentation and a deeply expressive approach to sake making, Aramasa has become one of Japan’s most admired and difficult-to-obtain breweries.
Each bottle carries its own character — delicate, layered, and quietly profound.
Even within Japan, these bottles are increasingly difficult to encounter.
Available in very limited quantities.
