We’ve been working closely with our architects, planners and consultants as we continue exploring what’s possible for the future of New York Minute Noosa.
The images below are concept renders only, but they provide a glimpse into the direction we’re investigating.

One thing we’ve learnt throughout this process is the importance of getting the details right. Every concept, every drawing and every conversation helps shape what could become one of the most exciting hospitality spaces in Noosa.
We’re still working through planning, approvals and feasibility, but we’re incredibly excited by the potential.

2+ years ago: backing an idea in a Junction most people had written off.
Today: 4.9⭐️, thousand reviews, live music, midnight trade, thousands of 🍔, renovations underway, rooftop ambitions… and the real bosses are still at the table. 🐶🐶
Still having meetings with the brains behind the operation 🐾
What started as a gamble in Noosa Junction became:
Businesses aren’t built in boardrooms. They’re built through risk, stress, 80-hour weeks, good people, great teams (our team we 🫶 u) and apparently approval from the dogs 🐶 🐾
