È ufficiale: just a few moments ago, we closed our doors for the final time. After 12 years, the time has come to say 'arrivederci' to Rosetta Ristorante.
To our fantastico suppliers, partners, staff and most importantly, our wonderful guests: grazie di tutto / thank you for everything.
We are so proud of the legacy we are leaving behind, which could not have been achieved without you.

With heavy hearts (and hearty appetites), we begin our final weekend at Rosetta Ristorante.
Since announcing our closure, we have been overwhelmed not just by those reserving a table for a final celebrazione, but also by the endless messages of love and support. Grazie mille, amici.
Before we close our doors after service on Sunday, join us at the bar with a last aperitivo; or dine on fresh, hand-shaped pasta beneath our crystal chandeliers; or soak up Melbourne's iconic cityscape on our riverside terrace.

There are five days left to sink a spoon into our classic Tiramisu, before we close our doors on Sunday.

Si, our Wood-Fired Cape Grim Tasmanian Natural Beef Scotch Fillet tastes just as magnifico as it looks. We now serve it simply, with salsa verde: a burst of freshness to complement the rich, buttery beef.

To our loyal patrons: it is with a heavy heart that we announce that Rosetta Ristorante will bid farewell after 12 years, next month on Sunday May 19th, 2024.
It has been an honour to serve the Melbourne community alongside Crown Melbourne for over a decade, but our lease has come to an end.
Our journey with Rosetta has been nothing short of incredible, and we are immensely proud of the legacy we leave behind.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your celebrations, gatherings and special moments. Your support has been the driving force behind Rosetta’s success.
