🌟 A HUGE WELL DONE TO OUR AAA TEAM! 🌟

Today we want to recognise three very special members of our café team, Sharnie, Monique and Ash.

During the school holidays, these three gave their time to come in and run our café, showing just how committed they are to supporting the café, their team and our community.

Their dedication goes well beyond simply turning up. They continue to put in the effort to build their skills through training, take on more responsibility, provide fantastic service and give back by helping us raise funds.

That level of commitment means so much to us. To have three people who are 100% behind the café and willing to give their own time to help make it a success is something we absolutely love and are incredibly proud of.

Today their teamwork, enthusiasm and genuine care for what they do shone through.

Please join us in giving Sharnie, Monique and Ash a massive well done!

We are so proud of you three. Thank you for everything you give to our café, you guys are simply the best!

Sometimes, a small purchase can have a much bigger impact. 💛

For more than 3.5 years, our Café has been creating opportunities that go well beyond serving coffee and muffins.

Every shift provides members of our team with the chance to build confidence, develop new skills, gain valuable experience and enjoy meaningful connections with the wider community.

Even a simple $2 order helps support an environment where people can learn, grow, feel included and take pride in what they achieve. All money raised is donated directly to the SES Cranbourne Unit

We are incredibly thankful to Amstel Club for its ongoing financial support of our Café and for recognising the important role that Community Clubs can play in creating positive opportunities within their local communities.

And of course, none of this would be possible without everyone who continues to visit and support us.

Every coffee, every order, every conversation and every friendly face through the door contributes to what makes our Café so special.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped us continue to grow over the years.

We look forward to welcoming you over the next two Thursday mornings from 10am–11.30am.

This morning, before service began, our team took part in a mock fire drill at Amstel Club

While we hope we never need to put these procedures into practice for a real emergency, exercises like this are an important opportunity for our team to learn, prepare and understand how to respond calmly and safely.

It was also a great chance to come together as a team, ask questions and make sure everyone feels confident about what to do should an emergency ever occur.

And with such a beautiful sunny morning, we were lucky enough to gather in the gardens at Amstel Club while completing the exercise.

A big thank you to our team for approaching the drill with care, patience and professionalism. 💙

Many of you may remember Cody from his time with us, first as a barista and later as a mentor around three years ago.

Even back then, Cody had a real passion for cooking and loved getting involved in the kitchen whenever he could.

Since leaving us, it has been so wonderful to watch him continue to grow and follow that passion. Cody is now a key part-time staff member of the kitchen team at Amstel Club, where he has been building his career for the past two years.

We love seeing where our former team members go next, and we couldn’t be prouder of you, Cody! ❤️

Thank you to all our community who joined us today - we were super BUSY!

We greeted so many lovely customers who enjoyed heaps of things from our menu, which gave our team so many opportunities to learn and build on their skills. This is what our cafe is all about and having over 80 orders today was a vibe.

Milkshakes were a popular choice today with many enjoying this as we welcomed a beautiful sunny sky in Cranbourne.

We can't wait to do it all again next Thursday and Friday morning, right here at Amstel Club.
