We are opening our doors again Thursday and Friday this week to provide training opportunities for our team of amazing volunteers.
Join us from 10am - 11.30am and see what Every One Cafe is all about.
Thanks to Amstel Club for providing all funding, training and the great location to allow our cafe to run each and every week.

This is more than coffee. ☕
Thanks to the support of our community, our team can experience training in a real-life, busy café environment.
You may have seen some of our café volunteering team working in the Amstel Club Bistro and kitchen.
Our café continues to grow from strength to strength, with over 8,000 drinks made every year. Whoa, we are busy!
So far, 10 of our team members have secured paid roles within the industry thanks to this training, with one team member already progressing into part-time work in our Sports Bar kitchen. See below for a few snapshots of some team members in our cafe and hard at work in our bistro!
Amstel are incredibly proud to offer opportunities that support people, build skills, and open doors for the future. We do not take any NDIS funding and offer this opportunity all at our own cost.
Because for us, it has always been about more than coffee — it is about creating pathways.

We are so proud that together we raised $639 for a worthwhile cause.
Huge thanks again to Amstel Club for providing all our trainers, cafe, great coffee and tea and delicious food.
We are very proud.

🧡 Happy National Volunteers Week 🧡
From all of us at Every One Cafe, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to SES Cranbourne Unit and to every volunteer who gives their time, energy and heart to support our community.
This week is about recognising the incredible people across Cranbourne and the surrounding areas who volunteer selflessly every single day. From Cranbourne SES, CFA, SARDA, Red Cross volunteers, local sporting clubs, community groups, charities, schools, and neighbourhood organisations — your contribution helps make our community stronger, safer and more connected.
Whether you are helping during emergencies, supporting local families, mentoring young people, raising funds, coaching sport, or simply giving your time to others, your impact is felt every day.
We are incredibly proud to support Cranbourne SES and all volunteers throughout our local community. Thank you for everything you do for Cranbourne and beyond. 🧡
To every volunteer — you are the heart of our community.

The team from Every One Cafe are continuing to build the skills needed to learn, grow and gain employment.
One of those important skills is interviewing. Last week, all of our team members sat down for an interview with our Head Coach, Jo, where they talked through their progress, shared their goals and practiced building the confidence needed to nail that interview.
Every One Cafe isn’t a program, this is another example of how we are offering a skills-building opportunity which is proudly funded by Amstel Club.
Because the cafe isn’t just about coffee. It’s about changing lives in every area. ☕💛

We begin every cafe day with a team toolbox meeting. We discuss our roles we are tasked with for the day, share some laughs and learnings and update each other on any must knows.
It is the perfect thing to do before our doors open to our amazing community.
This is another way our team learn about all aspects of running a real life cafe all thanks to Amstel Club

🍌 WE’RE GOING BANANAS AT EVERY ONE CAFE 🍌
Things have officially slipped out of control .... and honestly, we’re not even sorry.
Starting this Thursday, we are launching our brand-new banana drinks for just $2 each:
🍌 Banana Milkshake
Made with banana topping and topped with fairy floss, because apparently bananas needed a party hat.
🍫🍌 Iced Choc-Nana
Shaken with chocolate and banana toppings and topped with whipped cream and banana lollies, because subtlety is overrated.
Come grab one, bring a mate, and try not to make too many banana puns.
Actually, scratch that. Go bananas.
Only $2 each! 🐒🍌
Who's excited?

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them.
Lest we forget.

Our café is a welcoming space for everyone in our community. It’s more than just a place to grab a drink — it’s a place of opportunity.
Our team members are learning hospitality in their own way. Many have never been given these kinds of opportunities before, and now they’re thriving — making coffees, serving cold drinks, and building confidence in customer service and money handling skills.
Open Thursday and Friday mornings from 10am till 11.30am.
All of this is made possible thanks to Amstel Club
Even better, all drinks are just $2, with every dollar donated to our friends at the SES Cranbourne Unit

It was a great morning in the cafe today, full of learning, laughter and we were able to share it with two special guests.
We welcomed Cr Carolyn Eaves from City of Casey and Cassandra Fernando MP the Federal Member for Holt. Both arrived within half an hour of each other, unaware the other was coming and we loved it! All our customers and staff were able to chat to them and it was a great morning.
We are thankful that they both took the time today to join us, enjoy a coffee and be part of the community of inclusion which we are creating all thanks to Amstel Club.
We even had time to get everyone together for a photo!
We thank all our customers for their support of our cafe. 💙

Wow — what an incredible effort from our community these school holidays. In just four café sessions, we raised $1,000 for the SES Cranbourne Unit
That is a lot of learning with so many orders of milkshakes, lattes, cups of tea and muffins! Our team were run off their feet.
Thank you to everyone who came along and supported our team and our initiative to provide free training opportunities to those living with a disability.
We also want to sincerely thank Amstel Club for funding all our consumables' costs, providing the amazing Amstel Club training staff, and the generous use of the Bistro space and . We cannot run this cafe without their financial backing.
This kind of kindness and community support means so much, and we are truly grateful to everyone who helped make it possible. 🌟
