💚Pistachio Kourabiedes💚
I know there is absolutely nothing Filipino about these shortbread cookies. There is however, plenty of home in this.
💝Made for a local cafe who recently opened to host a friends international clothing line here in Australia. It was the perfect recipe to pull out of the archives for our new-found friend, local cafe and business relationship. Shima and - thank you!
✨I wish I can say it’s Graced Table’s very own recipe, though it’s better! The archived recipe is from our Greek neighbour, my theía. I fell in love with these melt in your mouth Greek shortbread cookies when they gave us some one Christmas-time 25 years ago.

Driving/Parking: The dessert shop/restaurant is located in Melbourne's CBD, which has a number of paid parking options. Some nearby parking garages include Ace Parking on Queen St and Secure Parking on Little Collins St. Alternatively, street parking may be available but please check signage for any restrictions.
