Here at Kale Mary we believe coffee is a multi-sensorial art capturing ones sight, smell and of course taste. For our baristas, perfecting their coffee, especially the flavour means making sure the extraction hits the sweet spot, Literally! Hence making them masters of chemistry. ☕🙌

Would you like to see burgers like this on the menu?
Although our food is usually inspired by classic vegetarian dishes from around the world, using fresh, local and organic ingredients.... our talented chefs have recently been experimenting in the kitchen with the ever popular "Beyond Meat".
This is an example of one of our burger ideas... Pickled onions, leafy greens & cheddar slices, dressed with harissa sauce, on a Beyond Meat patty & served between Fry brioche buns.
