An oldie but still so true!!!

We can make a decent ice cream but social media and marketing makes our heads spin 🙃😜

Well that was a surprise!!!

Our 2025 top seller WAS NOT 😲 Caramelised Peanut (although it was a close second), Rocky Road or even Salted Caramel!!!

In fact it was the show-stealingly attractive Alchemist that took the cake, errr…. ice cream✨

But with its balance of raspberry and chocolate ice creme with pops of toffee in the almond praline back and a generous chocolate crack with dazzling flecks of gold dust and raspberry pieces, perhaps we should have seen that one coming!

2025- we didn’t think much had happened until we realised it had 🤪

We rebranded Matcha Mint as Mint Fudge Brownie, we were approached to rebrand our Salted Caramel for a album launch and somehow a reel of me pulling a funny face whilst tasting soy powder led to us making custom paletas for and subsequently and 😳 We are still pinching ourselves!

Amongst it all, we started at some fabulous new stores including , ,.fresh, and .

But, perhaps biggest of all, we enjoyed the main reason we started this business: the ability to spend time doing the things we enjoy with the people we love.

🪦Today we mark a passing of note; our very last Matcha Mint has left our kitchens, gone to a better home with the good people of Fitzroy 😢

And while we have called time on this sometimes overlooked flavour, we pause to remember the good times we’ve had together❤️ Celebrating a life of refreshingly minty disposition and a true heart of chunky brownie gold 🍵🍃🍫. Matcha Mint, may you rest in peace... 🙏

But with every door that closes... or gray cloud, there is a new beginning to welcome. Stay tuned for an exciting new flavour announcement ahead! 😉

Have you heard???

The pink squiggle, or rather white chocolate, on the Rocky Road paleta (modelled beautifully here by the lovely ) is now made by us!

So what?!

As small as it may seem, it’s a HUGE step towards us veganising our entire range 🌱🐮❤️. We want to make our paletas accessible to everyone, regardless of eating preferences or dietary requirements, and as sustainable as possible. We’re working hard to make sure we don’t compromise on flavour or texture in the process which mean progress may be slow but the momentum is in the right direction 💕

- Take the 109 tram towards Port Melbourne and get off at the stop for The Esplanade/Light Rail
- Walk south along The Esplanade for about 400 meters until you reach the destination

Driving/parking:
- From central Melbourne, head south on City Road towards Southbank
- Turn left onto Kings Way and continue for approximately 2.5 kilometers
- Turn right onto Ferrars Street and continue for another kilometer
- Turn left onto Beach Street and then take a right at the roundabout onto Bay Street
