That's all folks. The transformation from White Ginger Thai Restaurant to No Ginger has been a substantial undertaking, requiring significant emotional and physical effort, but it is now complete. From the very beginning, our hope was to create a space where people felt comfortable, welcomed, and cared for—a place to enjoy good food, share a drink, and spend meaningful time with friends.
The support we’ve received over the past few weeks from our customers, friends, and family has been nothing short of overwhelming. It’s been a powerful reminder that White Ginger became exactly what we had dreamed—a space filled with warmth, connection, and community.
Making the decision to close has been incredibly difficult and deeply emotional. White Ginger has been more than just a place of work; it’s been a part of our lives, filled with memories that will continue to bring a smile to our hearts for years to come.
We’re so grateful to everyone who helped bring this dream to life:
