Told you not all pasta is created equal. Our new pasta menu is here. ✨
It starts with the pasta itself. Ours comes from Gragnano, a small town near Naples that’s been perfecting pasta for centuries. It’s bronze-cut and slowly dried at low temperatures, which gives it that rough, golden texture that holds on to every last bit of sauce.
Then there’s the sauce. Every one is made from a family recipe, using San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, the freshest seafood. Simmered slowly. No shortcuts, no rush. Just the way mum used to cook.

On the menu: Napoli, Bolognese, Carbonara, Pescatore, Pesto, Funghi, and Lasagna.

Something new is coming, and we can barely keep it to ourselves. 👀
For months, our kitchen has been working on a secret: tasting, tweaking and perfecting, one family recipe at a time. The sauces are slow-simmered. Some of the ingredients have travelled all the way from Italy to our little corner of the west.
All we’ll say for now is this: not all pasta is created equal. 🍝

We set a goal of $250… but our community had other plans. ❤️
On Friday 9th August, we were incredibly proud to support CafeSmart, a cause dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness across Victoria.
For every coffee sold, No9 The Cafe donated $1, and we invited our customers to match our donation and help us make an even bigger difference.
My goal was simple: raise $250.00
But you had a different goal.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and our loyal customers, we raised an amazing $800! 🙏❤️
There were some incredibly generous donations throughout the day — including people who don’t even drink coffee but still wanted to contribute. Others donated through our online QR code.
Every single donation made a difference.
What started as a goal of $250 became $800, and honestly, I couldn’t be prouder of our community.
