Up In Smoke Watergardens was a barbecue restaurant located on Melton Highway in Taylors Lakes. The team behind Up In Smoke Footscray opened this new location to serve the same beloved smoked meats and Tex-Mex dishes. On social media, they advertised their $4 taco specials for Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday, as well as their DIY Chilli Con Carne with Smoked Brisket tray. They also offered Vic beers to pair with their dishes, such as the Full Smoked Pulled Pork Taco and Sauced up Smoked Borrowdale Pork Ribs. However, this restaurant has been permanently closed.
