From the Melbourne CBD, take the tram to St. Kilda Beach and get off at the Luna Park stop. Walk towards Acland Street and turn left onto Carlisle Street. The food stall/stand is located near the intersection of Carlisle Street and Chapel Street.
For those driving, there is limited street parking available on Carlisle and Chapel Streets, but there are also several paid parking lots in the area.
Alternatively, take the train to Balaclava Station and it's a 10-minute walk from there along Carlisle Street towards Chapel Street.
