If you're using public transport, you can take the train to Preston Station and then transfer to Tram 86 towards Bundoora RMIT. Get off at stop 51 on Plenty Road, and the café is a short walk from there.
Alternatively, you can take buses 527 or 903 and get off at Plenty Rd/ Bell St, which is just a few meters away from the café.
If driving, head north on Plenty Rd towards Preston. The café will be on your left after crossing Bell Street. Parking is available on-street or at nearby parking lots.
