What we are looking for:
* Punctuality
* Efficiency & Can-do attitude
* Ability to provide creative input for monthly specials
* Able to work in a high demanding and fast-paced environment
* Quick problem-solving skills
* Good banter
* Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative
* Continually striving to learn and improve their skills
Prerequisites:
* Minimum Certificate III Patisserie
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
What you can expect:
* Up to date Award Rate
* 2-3 consecutive days off per week
* Ongoing training and up-skilling
* Potential for career growth within the company as we develop sister cafes/restaurants

It’s CafeSmart day! $1 from every coffee, matcha or ube latte from both our stores today will be donated to local charities that are battling homelessness.
We’re taking part for our 4th consecutive year 💛 CafeSmart is an annual event in which participating cafes donate a portion of coffee sales to various charities such as The Living Room who provide essential supplies like sleeping bags, toiletries, water and more to those living rough in Melbourne’s C*D.
Make sure you pop in today and let our shared love for coffee be a way to give back to the community.
