Hello from The Uleg Indonesian Restaurant!
On Wednesday 15 September, we are back with our Across the Archipelago series with a Lombok inspired set - NASI BALAP PUYUNG

This small island on the east of Bali offers a wide variety of culinary delights. Our Special Nasi Balap Puyung set comes with Ayam Bakar Taliwang (Sweet & Spicy Grilled Chicken a la Lombok), Sate Rembiga (Beef Sate marinated in shrimp paste, palm sugar and spices), Ayam Suwir (Spicy shredded chicken), stirfried vegetables, crunchy potato, peanut & soybean mix and shredded omelette served with rice.

This wholesome set comes with Nasi Liwet (Aromatic rice with anchovies, lemon basil, and coconut milk), Grilled Chicken, Fried salted fish, Telur Kecap (Sweet soy braised eggs), Sayur Asem (Asian vegetables in sweet and sour tamarind soup), and to round up the dish, Sambal Bajak (contains shrimp paste) and crackers!
