Drum Roll Moment!!! We've finally made it! After 4 years of making, adjusting multiple version of recipe..batches and batches went to the bin (No i am joking...all in my belly). We've finally come up the mooncake receipe that gets the chef kiss😘! Its not about fancy packaging this year..just down to the real salted egg custard mooncake that doesn't spike your blood sugar, so you are not missing out on this mid-autumn festival. He cares about what goes on the plate, but even more than that, he cares about creating something people can truly enjoy. 🫶
