After nearly 5 years of love and dedication, it’s time to close the chapter on our beloved Prince & Buoy. 🌿
It hasn’t been an easy decision to walk away from our baby Buoy, but in doing so, we’ll be able to spend more time with our baby girl, and we’re so excited for that 💚
We’ve had the privilege of residing in Williamstown since 2013, but it wasn’t until we opened P&B that we truly felt apart of the community.
What started as a covid side hustle blossomed into a 5 year labour of love, and it’s been an incredible journey sharing it with you all. You invited us into your lives to share in your good days and bad days, and you supported us through many a challenging time with the neighbours 😅
Over the years, our tiny cafe was able to provide employment to 24 local staff members, and we would not have had the success we did and the overwhelming support of the local community if not for our wonderful team. One of our beloved regulars often comments that he doesn’t even like our coffee, he just comes for the staff 😂 a legacy we’re proud of to leave with.
Thank you to our community for your unwavering support (rain, hail or shine), your smiles, and warm moments; they will always hold a special place in our hearts. 💛
Sunday 26th January will be our final day of service before we close the business permanently. We’d love to see your smiling faces one last time 💚

As we emotionally prepare ourselves to lose 50% of our beloved team to the grand adventures that await them in Europe, we are now on the hunt for equally exceptional staff to join our team. Excellent customer service skills are essential, coffee experience is preferred but we’re happy to train the right people :)

Sending positive vibes to all the VCE students beginning their exams today, and particularly to two of our own team who will sit their English exams this morning. These girls have an incredible work ethic and we know how diligently they’ve applied themselves to their studies this year. Wishing them confidence and clarity to achieve their best, knowing that their value and measure of success goes far beyond any test score. You got this 💪🏼💚

Happy Birthday to our baby Buoy 💚
The Terrible Twos have been a struggle with the challenges of covid restrictions, cannabis farming neighbours and cost increases to all facets of the business.
Through it all, we have always felt the unwavering support of our loyal customers, and for that we feel immense gratitude. Thank you to our caring Williamstown community for supporting our small business.
It is a joy to be a part of your lives each day, and we truly treasure the relationships we have formed over the last 2 years.

We’re so very nearly ready to reopen!
We’ve reached a new lease agreement that will see us sticking around for quite some time ✅
The electrical works have been completed on Titanic, meaning the building is compliant again ✅
We’re just waiting on Jemena to install a new meter which is due to be completed any day now, so we’re anxiously waiting by the phone for that update ⏰

To get to Nelson Place in Hobsons Bay, you can take the train to Williamstown station and walk approximately 15 minutes to the café. Alternatively, you can take bus routes 415 or 471 and get off at the Nelson Place/Liebig Street stop, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the café. If driving, there is street parking available along Nelson Place or in nearby side streets. Please be mindful of any parking restrictions and check for any time limits before leaving your car.
