Every great cookie starts with a memory.
Ours goes back to fairground stalls and late-night treats — golden churros, fresh off the fryer, dusted in cinnamon sugar until they’re almost too hot to hold.
We wanted to bottle that feeling. So we made a soft, vanilla dough, rolled it in cinnamon sugar just like a churro, and filled the centre with smooth Dulce de Leche.
This is our Churros cookie. A classic, reimagined.
