Feel free to try this dish as we cook it in a authentic way. This dish is available on Wednesday and Saturday in our cafe shop

We offer a delivery for vietnamese rolls everyday and sticky rice on Wednesday and Saturday aftee 3pm

- Glen huntly and surrouding areas within 5km is freeship for bills over $25. Less than $25 is $5 fee
- Another areas will be $7 to $10 fee with bills over $30. Please give us a call about shipment

All vietnamese rolls will be set in a package with extra 50 cent ( optional) then you can save it longer.

Spicy Beef Noodle Soup

This is one of famous soup base after the Pho. The big difference is the taste of soup.

It is popular in the vietnamese restaurant and it is easy to find and have one.

So what is authentic taste of the soup we are bringing to your family

1. Ingredient: we are using natural and healthy ones such as
- Salted shrimp base - not fish sauce
- Lemon grass
- Pinaple
2. Soup: the stock will be slow cooked about 12 hours. The meat will be marinated to keep it not blank but more flavour.
3. Salads
- Vietnamese Water spinach
- White cabbage
- Mint and bean roof

We are searching and using more natural and healthy ingredients and keep as authentic tasting as we can to introduce our traditional soup from our family to your family

This is one of traditional vietnamese spicy beef soup. It will be served with thick slided beed, boiled pork leg and veggies.

The soup will not be same with Pho but it is delicious by its own with lemon grass and special herbs.
