A little taste of what’s coming out of the kitchen at Pincho Disco. Here are a couple we recommend (if not all of it).

Chipa bread with tomato & jamón, Australian snapper ceviche, the chorizo, the wedge salad with salsa verde & puffed quinoa, Provencal potatoes, and a steak with chimichurri!

Big, bold flavours, seasonal produce. It's made to be shared.

Melbourne’s Latin community is coming together to support Colombia’s Pacific region 💛💙❤️‍🩹

On Sunday 23 August, Head Chef is bringing traditional Colombian Sancocho to Pincho Disco, a hearty meat and root vegetable soup made for sharing. Bowls are $25, with 100% of profits donated to support those affected by the earthquake in Colombia.

For many of our team, Colombia is home. Our friends and families are there, and this is our way of showing up, gathering around the table and doing what we can to help.

We’re incredibly grateful to our restaurant partners and generous suppliers who are donating to the event and helping us raise as much as possible.

Dine in or takeaway from 12pm-6pm, or until sold out.
