🍽️ And our FULL MENU is coming along for the ride.

It's shaping up to be a busy weekend at the Burnie Arts Centre, so we're keeping the doors open late both Friday and Saturday, from 8am right through until 8pm.

That means you don't have to settle for just a quick snack before your evening plans. Our full all day menu will be available, whether you're craving a proper dinner, breakfast-for-dinner, something sweet, or just a great coffee and a chance to sit down.

And there's plenty happening around us this weekend too. The Addams Family Musical continues Friday and Saturday, while Dr Karl takes over the Town Hall on Saturday morning. 🎭🧪

So whether you're coming to Burnie Arts for a show, meeting friends in town, or have absolutely no plans beyond "I don't feel like cooking tonight"... Fleur is here. 😏

🎶 The Lunchbox Concerts are back! 🎶

One of our favourite Burnie Arts traditions returns today, with the Winter Lunchbox Concert Series bringing another lunchtime filled with incredible live music.

🥬 On the Menu at Fleur... Green Shakshuka 💚

Sometimes the best comfort food isn't the heaviest.

Our Green Shakshuka is a fresh take on a much-loved classic. Eggs are gently poached in a vibrant green shakshuka sauce of chickpea, spinach and leek, then topped with broccolini, peas, coriander and olives, and served with toasted sourdough for dipping.

It's wholesome, packed with flavour, and one of those dishes that leaves you feeling satisfied without weighing you down.

Whether you're joining us for breakfast, brunch or lunch, this is the perfect choice if you're looking for something a little different.

The Burnie Arts Centre is open late this evening... and so are we!

Our full all day menu will be available until 7:30pm, so whether you're joining us for dinner, an early evening catch-up, or simply craving breakfast for dinner, we've got you covered.

From our House French Toast and Green Shakshuka to our Moroccan Burger, fresh Turkish sandwiches, salads, desserts and great coffee—our full menu is ready whenever you are.

We're also delighted to be supporting the Burnie Concert Band's Ruby Anniversary Concert, celebrating 40 years of music in our community. 🎶

🌸 A quick heads up for today!

We're hosting a private event at Fleur this morning, so between 10:30am and 12:00pm we'll be offering takeaway and outdoor seating only.

If you're planning to visit during that time, you're still very welcome to grab your favourite coffee, drink, sweet treat or takeaway meal, or enjoy it at one of our outdoor tables.

From 12:00pm onwards, we'll be back to normal with full indoor and outdoor dining.
