A night of European summer, fine food, and incredible generosity.
We were deeply honoured to sponsor the recent My Room Children’s Cancer Charity event at Cavalo.
Guests enjoyed a European inspired shared dining feast paired with refreshing spritzes, surrounded by an atmosphere of celebration and support.
Together we raised an extraordinary $60,000 for My Room. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in making this night such a memorable success 💛

Canapés, oysters, grazing & great celebrations! 🦪🧀
We had an absolute blast bringing our Live Food Stations and Grazing Table to Urbis' latest event!
Guests tucked into our Shuck & Shell station, ocean fresh Sydney Rock, Coffin Bay & Tasmanian Pacific oysters, already shucked and served over ice, alongside dill-marinated poached prawns. Finished with classic mignonette, cocktail sauce and a punchy Nam Jim pipette for guests to build their own perfect bite.
Alongside it, our Tuscan Grazing Table stole the show as the centrepiece, artisan cheeses, cured meats, char-grilled veg, fresh breads and Mediterranean-inspired canapés, rounded out with sweet custard cannoli. A true slice of Europe at an Urbis event!
Thank you to the Urbis team for having us — it's always a pleasure creating memorable food experiences for your guests. 🥂
