Alphington,
It’s with mixed emotions that we share the news of our departure from Alphington Social. After much reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to pass the torch to a new, passionate owner.
Being part of this vibrant community has been an incredible journey for us. We’ve cherished every moment, from serving delicious meals to hosting memorable events. However, as our lives evolve, we feel the time is right to prioritize our loving family and friends.
We’re immensely grateful for your unwavering support and friendship over the years. Your smiles and laughter have made our time here truly special.
Starting next Monday, Alphington Social will embark on a new chapter under fresh ownership. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ll be closed until the following Wednesday over Easter week.
While we bid farewell, we’re excited for the future of Alphington Social and the wonderful experiences that await under its new stewardship. Thank you for being part of our journey.

Father’s Day is fast approaching and we’ve organised a feast to treat those special dads. For $150 our feast for two includes: a 700g rib eye on the bone, Crispy potato’s, a Waldorf salad and a choice of either tiramisu, panna cotta or sticky date pudding for dessert. All you have to do is make a booking and pre order your feast either via the booking notes or email us at [email protected] 🥩

To get to Rowe Street in Melbourne, you can take public transport by taking a train to the Alphington station and then walking for about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Victoria Road/Heidelberg Road intersection and then walk for about 5-10 minutes.
If driving, you can find parking on the side of Rowe Street or nearby streets. However, please note that parking can be limited during peak times.
