The matcha behind our matcha lattes, by đ”
Yoko sources her authentic Uji matcha from a family-run producer in Kyoto that has been crafting tea since 1751, across more than 20 generations.
Ceremonial-grade and certified organic, each batch is hand-picked and freshly stone-milled to order using traditional methods, preserving its vibrant colour, freshness and delicate flavour.
The result is a beautifully balanced matcha with sweet, grassy notes and a clean finish. Enjoy it as a warm matcha latte or served iced.

HOLIDAY TRADING HOURS
Weâre open from 7am â 4pm today.
A few changes over the holiday period. After a short break (closed 25/26), weâll return on Friday 26 December. Weâre open throughout the holidays from 8am until 4pm. We will be closed on New Yearâs day and will return to our normal trading hours on Friday 2nd January 2026.
