We’re looking for another experienced barista to join the team at Over the Road Gembrook.

We’ve got 2–3 casual shifts a week available for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine, can handle a busy service and actually enjoys being part of a good hospitality team.

You’ll need at least 2 years’ commercial barista experience and availability for at least one weekend day.

Got experience opening, closing, leading a shift or keeping everyone moving when the docket rail gets ugly? Even better — there may be supervisor opportunities for the right person.

Good coffee. Good people. Great little town.
