Il Melograno is looking for a shop Supervisor who is ready to serve the fun and funky community of Fitzroy. Work closely alongside the Shop Owner while making sure the shop stays in mint condition, staff are properly trained, and all customers reach satisfaction with our world-renown products.

The position is open for Full-time and/or Part-time interest. Your job will include but is not limited to customer service, preparation of shop, ordering shop supplies, scheduling and training of workers and keeping an upbeat and funky vibe in the store.
