UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
is officially under new management, and we’re excited to introduce Sam, the new owner.
With over 30 years of hospitality experience across both small and large venues, Sam decided it was time to step out and create her own little slice — a place she can truly call her own.
With more than 30 years as a barista and extensive experience managing large venues, Sam believes in doing the basics really well: quality food, great coffee, and a welcoming local atmosphere.
The goal is simple — to make the place locals love and guests go out of their way to visit.
A new menu is coming soon, along with some exciting changes inspired by the beachside Mordialloc vibe.
