Little Collins cafe is seeking an experienced barista to join our ever growing team.
Situated in the heart of Notting Hills corporate district, we pride ourselves on serving top quality food and coffee to our huge base of regular customers. Monday to Friday only, no nights or weekends, responsibilities include:
* production of coffee, and associated beverages at high pace, quality and consistency
* Ability to adjust coffee machine and grinder
* Stock ordering and management
* Taking orders
* Running food and drinks
* Clearing tables
* Opening and closing of cafe
Must have demonstrable experience in creating high a high volume of quality coffees. Full time, part time and casual positions available.

For those using public transport, you can take the Glen Waverley line train to Syndal Station and then catch bus route 703 towards Blackburn. Get off at the Springvale Rd/Ferntree Gully Rd stop and walk for around 3 minutes to arrive at your destination.
